My career has been a steady arc of evolution — in the systems I build, the responsibilities I carry, and the person I'm becoming. Somewhere along the way I found that the work I love most sits at the intersection of architecture and guidance — shaping systems with intention, and helping people see their own paths with clarity.

A year-long pause made that clearer. I slowed down, reconnected with family and myself, and went deep on AI — and came back wanting to build something of my own. That led to founding, where architecture, leadership, curiosity and clarity finally meet in one place.
